Red juice

Easy peasy and super yummy, that’s all I have to say really. A good one as well for those veggie juice newbies amongst you; the taste of beetroot is quite sweet so it should go down much easier than kale or spinach for example. According to my recipe book this red juice ‘Eliminates toxins and boosts energy levels’. All the more reason to give it a go!

For 1 big glass you need:

4 medium-sized carrots
2 cooked beetroots (depending on how big they are, I had small ones)
1 apple
half a lime

Start with the beetroot followed by the carrots and the apple, then squeeze the lime over your juice.
